Massachusetts Instant Dental Insurance, Bad toothache pain, Need dental insurance that starts now. I have a terrible tootach that I been putting of for as long as I can take the pain. I hate going to the dentist and having to have my tooth pulled or somthing is really upsetting but I am at the point I do not have much of a choice.

I have a really bad toothache pain in one of my back molars. I have been putting it off and babying it for some time but I can not take the pain anymore. I do not have and current dental insurance but need something that starts like yesterday so that I can see the dentist about this terrible pain. What can you advise?
