I just had seven band and brackets put on in the back teeth and I have to have rubber bands on all the time except for when I am eating.  I just got this done today and I am in a great deal of pain still.  What can I do to relieve some of the soreness with having braces

I been wanting dental braces now for many years and have been saving money in order to pay for them.  I went to an orthodontic dental office for a free consult and to have an idea of cost.

I was told by the staffing that many dental insurance companies do not cover for adult braces and the few that do does not cover out very much.   That I could get a payment plan from them and depending on my credit would depend on how much the down payment would be.
