Please help me!  My son and I live in Mississippi.  My son is 13 and needs to have braces in order to correct a large overbite issue.  My current dental insurance that I get though my job does not offer any benefits for Orthodontic dental care.

I do not have dental insurance currently which sucks right now since I have a really bad toothache.  I though I could just go to the hospital emergency to have them just pull the bad tooth out.

I found out they do not do that.  I was offer some pain killers which help a little but was told I would need to go to a dentist to have the tooth pulled or fixed.  What can I do I do not have dental insurance.
