Oral health care, I have a bad breath so not know what to do.  I seem to have really offence breath.  I do not know why I brush my teeth sometimes three times a day I use mints but that only helps a little.

Oral Health care, How do you clear up a cold sore?

I woke up with this big cold sore in the inside of my mouth.  on my lip but inside not out.  I never had a cold sore that I can remember anyway and it really hurt.  Mostly when I eat anything.  What is the fastest way to get rid of a cold sore.  Not happy and do not want to ask my friends or family about it.   So good advise please.
