Dental Quality Alliance role urged for Affordable Care Act implementation
Regulators should use clinical quality measures developed by the 29-partner Dental Quality Alliance in setting Affordable Care Act standards for qualified health plan accreditation, the Association told the Department of Health and Human Services July 5 2012.
The Association “applauds” HHS for including quality measures within accreditation standards for health plans, said the letter commenting on a proposed rule to establish a process for recognition of accrediting entities for purposes of certifying ACA-qualified health plans.
