Dental Insurance for a student, Can I get a student discount.
Many dental insurance plans do not provide added discount for students. However as a full time student you can get dental insurance at a lower cost. Many dental insurance plans will aloud for a child to stay on their parents dental insurance plan up to age 24 – 25 if they are a full time student. Being on a family plan is normally much less then having to buy your own dental insurance plan as an individual.
However, if that is not an option for you then another good low cost dental plan option would be looking into getting either a dental HMO insurance plan or a dental discount plan. Although normally these plans do not provide added discounts for students they are much more affordable for anyone wishing to have a low cost dental plan.
