Dental Insurance for a student, Can I get a student discount.

So I am 19 and a full time student. Although right now I am on my parents Medical and Dental plans the dental is going to be dropping me as soon as I turn 20 which is in another few months. Luckily the Medical is keeping me until I am 25 as long as I am a full time student.
So right now I just need to get dental insurance only. I talk to the company I had with my parents but they said they would not be able to just to give me a plan of my own since it is a group plan though my dad’s job.
I do not have a lot of free time so I do not want to surf all day on line looking for a dental insurance plan. Can you just advise me if you have a dental insurance plan that I can keep seeing my current dentist. Oh yea I live in IL if that helps you any. Thanks
