I need a low income dental insurance plan

I have a very fixed income with very little extra money. That said it does not mean I want to have bad teeth because I do not go to the dentist. I still go to the dentist. I am just getting to the point were paying out of pocket for my dental cleaning are too costly for me to have done.
I talked to my local agents that sell dental and health but their dental insurance is way to much for me to have to pay on a monthly cost. Is there dental insurance for people who are in a low income bracket and can not afford to spend $45.00 a month.
