Looking for a dental PPO with the shortest waiting periods

I live in California and in order to stay with my current dentist I am told I need to buy a dental PPO plan. I do not have an issue with the monthly cost because my job will be paying for half the cost. So that is good for me.
The problem is I do not want to have to wait over a year to get some of my dental services render. What is the best PPO plan with the shortest waiting period.
