What is the best dental insurance plan to get in Washington

I live in Washington and working part time while I go to school. I live with my parents but although they have me on their medical insurance they do not have dental insurance so I have to get that on my own if I want to.
Nothing really going on with my teeth but I just want to be able to keep it that way. I sure as heck do not want to wait until I have a toothache to see a dentist. I do not get people that do that. Anyway something cheap but offers good preventive dental care would be good.
