Do you have to have braces to fix TMJ issues
I am 30 and have TMJ problems since I was a child but my parents never really address that issue for me. Now that I am old I my jaw hurt more in the mornings. Some times though out the day as well. I do get more headaches and I was told once my TMJ could be part of the reason why.
I have a job in sales so I work with many differnt people though out the day and really do not want to have to get braces to fix my TMJ issues. Are there other ways that will work.
