New Jersey Dental benefits for adult braces

I have a job that offers me dental benefits but does not offer any type of coverage for Orthodontic dental work. Iwould really like to get braces but been told it is hard to find dental insurance that offer adult braces. What do you have if anything that can help me get the braces I do need in order to correct my bite.
