Florida dental care for cavity and tooth sensitivity

Florida dental care for cavity and tooth sensitivity: A little less then a month ago I had a filling done on a back molar. Before I had the filling my tooth was not sensitivity now it is very sensitive to hot and cold foods and drinks. Is it possibly that I still have a cavity in that tooth? Should I see a dentist to find out why it is so sensitivity.
