Often times when you have a dental PPO plan you are filing out claims as you have your dental services render. Generally the insurance company provides an explanation of benefits (EOB) The EOB is normally not a bill. It does however provide details in how the claim was processed and indicates the portion of the claim paid to the dentist and the portion of the claim you need to pay if applicable.
