New York Dental Benefits, Looking for a low cost dental plan

I live in New York NY and need to have an affordable dental plan for myself and my four year old son. My son last been to a dentist seven months ago so I know he is due for another check up.
Since the last time I took him to the dentist the cost was really much more then I thought it would be and this time I want a low cost dental to help me out. Can you advise which is the best plan?
