Maryland Dental insurance, Instant Dental plans.

I am looking for a dental plan that does not have any long term waiting periods. In fact no waiting periods at all would be best. Since I have not been to the dentist in a few years I may need dental work right away and do not want to worry what I will and will not have coverage for. Can you suggest a plan that as Instant dental benefits.
