Dental care, How can I get rid of a slight gap in my teeth

Dental care, How can I get rid of a slight gap in my teeth? Hello I am 18 and I had dental braces when I was younger but I still have this sligt gap inbetween my front teeth. Nothing to major but I really do not like it.
Is there any way I can go back to the dentist that did my braces before and have him fix this gap for free? Since not even three years since I been out of braces that I now have this gap. Any suggestion
