Maryland Instant dental insurance plans

Maryland Instant dental insurance plans. I need dental care ASAP I am in pain and need to see a dentist now not a year from now. I say this because many of the dental insurance plans I see have these crazy long waiting period before I can even have dental coverages.
I do not know what all wrong with my teeth but I am 99 percent sure I am going to need more then a cleaning. Can you plese help me and let me know which plans that you have will be able to help me the best and the fastest.
