Giving your baby a bedtime bottle of juice, milk, or formula can lead to tooth decay and other health issues. When a baby falls asleep with a bottle in their mouth, the liquid can pool around their teeth and gums, providing a breeding ground for bacteria that can cause cavities. Additionally, drinking sugary liquids before bed can contribute to obesity and other health problems. It’s best to avoid giving your baby a bottle at bedtime and encourage them to fall asleep without it.
