Rhode Island dental insurance plans for an unemployed individual

Right now I am unemployed living on a really tight budget. I am looking to get a job soon but most the places I went to do not offer dental benefits. I am okay with that I mean at this point you go to take what you can get right.
Any way my question is can I buy a dental plan from you now? Or do I have to wait until I have the job first? Not sure it if matters but I would like to have some dental soon so I can have my teeth cleaned.
